1. Product Information
We sell products for strength training, yoga and stretching, active support, swimming, and related activities. The name, specifications, size, weight, color, and package contents of each item are described on its product page.
Before ordering, please check the item you have selected and consider whether it meets your needs. Support products such as wrist and knee braces are not substitutes for professional diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury, ongoing pain, or another health concern, consult an appropriate professional.
2. Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, please check the items, quantities, shipping address, contact details, and amount shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate information that allows us to communicate about and deliver your order.
After you place an order, we’ll send order-related information to the email address used at checkout. If an item is unavailable, an address cannot be served, or we need to verify order details, we’ll contact you to explain the available options. If we cannot fulfill an order, we’ll handle any payment already made through an appropriate refund.
3. Prices and Payment
The price of an item is the amount shown at checkout when you submit your order. Shipping charges and any other applicable charges are displayed according to the information provided at checkout. Available payment methods are the options shown there.
If you notice an issue with an order total or payment record, contact service@biurraysh.com with your order number. Do not email us your full card number, card security code, or account password.
4. Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time is 5–15 days after dispatch. Order processing and transit time are separate, and actual delivery may vary by destination and shipping circumstances.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping details or items, or cancel an order, email service@biurraysh.com with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll review your request based on the order’s status. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after the package has been handed to the carrier. 6. Product Use and Safety
Before using dumbbells, stretch bands, jump ropes, or other training gear, review the item’s specifications and instructions. Use the product in an appropriate setting, allow enough space around you, and check it regularly for visible damage or wear.
An adult should decide whether sports gear intended for children is suitable for a child’s age and ability and provide supervision when needed. Do not use a product outside its stated purpose.
7. Returns, Product Issues, and Refunds
If an item arrives damaged, has missing parts, is the wrong model, or differs materially from its description, contact service@biurraysh.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos.
